If your model is M413 and Its touchpad is not sensitive, I would like to suggest you to bring back your laptop to our service center.

Just a quick question, Is it that bad that I have to take it to the service center? I thought it was just a software issue.
The problem is that the number panel (touchpad) turns on and off intermittently, but it works perfectly for sensitivity.

Hi there super Zen. I have to say there is a new issue with the touchpad. Although it was replaced now it is performing a new issue, it suddenly freezes and does not work properly. A real pain in the ass.
