Type c to type c monitor mirroring?

Does anyone know if these type c ports support a type c to type c connection for transfer of video data? I want to mirror the screen onto a portable monitor. Currently, it does not work on my setup and I want to make sure these ports support this feature before I look for other problems. Thanks.

Can you specify which monitor you are using?
Also, make sure you are using the side port and not the bottom one.
It should work without any problem but as @Gustav_ASUS said , you need to use side port and also a compatible cable
Cable comes in box should work just fine and if you are using any other cable than make sure its usb3.1 gen 2 and/or display port 1.4 supported
