NTFS support missing
Hi Asus team . Yesterday i received usb-c to USB 3.0 otg adapter , can confirm external flash drive works and i can access files on it. But not all files... My flash drive is actually a small 240gb sata SSD m.2 in USB enclosure. Drive is divided Into two disks , first is Fat32 ,can be acesses by phone , and second is ntfs ,phone not recognises it and ask to format it .
Please add ntfs support, because third party apps exists, but they require root ,which as i understand breaks warranty.

In general, there is a licencing problem with NTFS as it's Microsoft's property. There are opensource implementations like ntfs-3g but I haven't seen a phone that supports ntfs out of box.
For example Huawei and Oppo supports NTFS.
If you spent $10 you don't need a root.

Interesting idea ,thanks . I know total commander app ,but didn't know about possibility of third party app acess to file system ,unknown to the android system itself. Asus should provide a factory built root acess for user choice apps , without unlocking bootloader.
