Have you tried to update the system version and BIOS to the latest?

I have the same problem, after performing troubleshooting steps and updating the BIOS still the unexpected freezing occurs, I have a time that I cannot restart the laptop however I have to force restart it, despite restarting, the problem still persist

I think affected laptop windows os must be examined by a special technician to analyze the root cause and give exact solutions
there are many reasons to get freezing.
