just now I seen the video, installation process not going to forward.
which windows version and edition are you using?
i suspect that your internet connection has failed, to get complete installation , installler needs to connect with asus armory crate download server, to download the required files.
in your case, the installer does not download the required files.
i suspect the following
Internet connection failure
The installer does not allowed in firewall
you do not execute that installer with administrator rights
your user account might be corrupted.
try below solutions
copy the .exe file to desktop
disable windows defender and firewall, including all third party antivirus software.
make sure you have high-speed internet connection
execute .exe file with administrator rights
create a new user account with administrator rights , then execute .exe file with administrator rights
