hello, my Rog Phone 2 is shutting down by itself when it reaches a temperature of 35 C°. I already changed the battery and reset the cell phone but it didn't work, what should I do?

Please can you further explain your shutdown issue?
Is it when the phone is heated up/ while charging?
Or does your phone shutdown even though you have battery juice left? But with no heating or without charging?
Please also let us know what firmware you are using.

You might as well give a battery calibration a try:
If this doesn't work, then factory reset.
If factory reset doesn't help, go to service centre.
Seems like this phone's Tj max has gone to below 40deg C! My phone turns off at 39deg.
And that means that the processor is of poor quality that couldn't last for 2 years or the ASUS guys have messed up big time with all the new firware updates.
In all the cases, we consumers have been the victims of Asus's incompetence with smartphones!
