Hi Obhot
Thank you for your asking. The issue appears right after firmware can be triggered by firmware-3rd party app compatibility.
Kindly try some at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check any disturbance from installed 3rd party apps.

2. Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
**Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

Besides, have you ever unlocked/rooted/flashed custom rom on the device?
Battery aging is a normal behavior. If the issue remains the same, please downgrade the device to Android 9 or bring the device to the nearest repair center for further battery checking. Cheers.

**Please backup before you submit the device to the repair center.
