80% refund. seriously????? (service center is not repairing my zenfone 6 )

i got my zenfone 6 on mid july, i was happy with that phone but who knew it will become my one of biggest regret.
after update .167 my device keeps restarting and finally dead on 1 august.
through "flipkart complete mobile protection" i sent my device to service center and it reached at service center on 12th aug.
F1 NOIDA CMP TRC, F1 INFO SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES PVT.LTD (CMP) D-245 SEC-63, NOIDA-201307, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA  they sent my device here authorized service center for zenfone.
today even on 5 sept my device is still not repaired. they are making excuses that they dont have parts to repair phone and can provide me with 80% REFUND .
they have contacted me thrice regarding refund.
seriously ASUS ??????
i bought phone worth 32000, couldn't even use for properly for 16 days and now you want me to bear with loss of 20%
shouldnt you provide a replacement if you are unable to repair my phone

its not like i have bought this phone before 4-5 months it wasnt even launched at that time so why should i take loss of 20%

if you cant repair my zenfone 6 , just give a new one as replacement , if you dont want then i want full refund not just 80%

as for serial number of my device here is it

SN = K6AIGF0007522JV

lets see if i can get any help from senior members of asus
my device is in service center from nearly 25 days and my patience is not much great
let me be honest if i didnt get help,
my next option will be to proceed legally.

Interesting, my phone was at the same service center as yours. But my phone was repaired and delivered yesterday. Im not home but I asked my mother to check and the phone seems repaired as the firmware was 191 and i sent it at 174. Could be that they just updated the software and sent it back too. Ill get home tomorrow maybe and stress test the phone

Damn so sorry to hear about you.
I myself am facing the same problem. I gave my 6z to ASUS SERVICE CENTRE in my city Pune on 30th August 2019. Today is 27th September 2019 and I still don't have even an ETA on when I will receive the phone.
I have made several calls to the Service Centre and to Asus Customer Support, neither can still provide me with an ETA. Its difficult to maintain patience when you are treated like this for buying a flagship product.
It's been almost a month, the RMA / SN I key on the website to check repair status shows nothing.
It's definitely not a Flipkart problem as many here are stating. I've been to authorised service centre as well as spoke with their customer support, even they have no idea when will it be repaired.
I spoke with concerned person for the same as I fear if it will even work fine after the repair. I begged and requested for refund or replacement but hey they won't - because company policies. The concerned person I spoke with said "It's a machine and it will have problems sir" to which I agree, but how far do you take to repair a flagship phone? A couple of months?
I am traveling for a month in next week, if I don't get it by next week - I won't be using it for another month 😞 damn that will be 3 months straight without using it barring a few days.
PS: I've always used budget phones, this was my first time using a flagship phone. I'm having a terrible experience. ;(

Edit: I've seen mods here help look into it, marking @Anders_ASUS @rohith_rajan to seek some help.
