RgB logo not turning on

It's been 2 weeks since I have got my device back from the service center
My MB is replaced and everything works fine now
But today I noticed that the RgB logo is not turning on anymore after the servicing
Is it just me or everyone having this issue
I am on the latest firmware
Please help

Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some at-home troubleshooting tips below:

1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check any disturbance from installed 3rd party apps.

2. Please confirm that the Aura switch of the game center is turned on. (Armoury crate > Console > System lighting)

3. Please confirm the Quick Setting " System lighting " is on(Quick Setting > System lighting on)

4. Please confirm that the issue remains the same after performing Factory Reset.

If the issue remains, please provide me the 4 test results for further checking. Cheers.

Tried the 4 steps ,but RgB logo is still not turning
Even tested the RgB lighting in the calculator app in a single test by typing 12345+=
Interestingly 2nd RgB led works fine but RgB logo doesn't turn on

Sorry for late response ,I tested eveything on my device display touch charging,battery camera,speakers did factory on my phone then tested RGB logo
Now i can conclude that my RGB logo is turning no matter what i do to make it work and the left air trigger is malfunctioning as well @Christine_ASUS
Please help idk what the service center has done to my phone

Thank you for your reply. I will ask the repair center to contact you for further RGB checking. However, because you didn't mention left air trigger after the repair, there are various root cause of the issue including CID; the repair center will run device testing first then further discuss with you.
