90%+ charging &restarting the device----SOT remains 0mins entire time of usage.

DEVICE charged after switching off it---SOT showing fine

my phone has also this bug, after i restart the phone, the phone will not calculate SOT, but it start calculate after i full charge the phone. this bug must be fixed. I am on EU Firmware v189.

observing this bug for more than a week &reported here but the devs are siilent....why?
