If you're describing what I think you are, the three default navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen, then yes.
In Settings go to Display > Navigation bar > and choose one of the last two options, either “Navigation gestures” or “Swipe up on Home button”.
This will hide the default always on navigation buttons. If that's not what you meant, ping me!
