Detailed description:
So I just bought my Asus Tuf FX505DT, and after a month of using it - every time I try to open the laptop, there's always this weird "windows sign" problem on my screen. Can't even try to sign-in cause every time I try to input my sign-in password, the screen just goes black, and after maybe 10-15 seconds, that thing pops up again. So I then just shut it down with the power button. And only then will it disappear.
It's really annoying and bugging me out, especially when I'm in a rush.
*Also my wifi disconnects frequently now. Not in the first 2 weeks tho.

Hi Patrick,
May you try to run windows troubleshoot or see in device manager or anywhere to see if there is anything strange?
Thank you.

Hi blake! I did. But nothing suspicious or strange there. Could it be a corrupted login account like Raju stated above?

Hi Patrick,
Not sure, I find both the issue and the assumption strange.
If possible, I would suggest you to reset the device.

Hi Blake! Thanks man, appreciate the help. I opened my laptop and it was gone...again (I did nothing). Not sure tho when it'll come back. But hoping it won't ever. Thanks again, man!

Hi Patrick,
Thank you so much for the update.
Glad that the problem is gone.
Let me know if there is anything new. But hoping it won't ever 🙂
