I've updated my software and suddenly my phone won't charge.
I've tried switching it both sides and waited for a few minutes and nothing happened.
I tried using a different charger and it charged my phone.
I tried charging my phone using the ASUS Cable through my laptop and it works.
This phone is brandnew and this is my first time experiencing it.
I also tried to do a factory reset and it didn't help at all.
Please help me what should I do?
It seems like the cable is fine the problem is the adapter.

Try another adapter and cable and let us know how you get on.
Also try charging in safe mode and while off too.

ROG PHONE 3 NOT CHARGING
The phone has two IC for charging. One for hyper charging and one for normal charging. If the IC for hyper charging is broken then it will only accept charging from non hyper charging chargers. If your phone is brand new, then I recommend you to contact the store. If you've had it for a couple of weeks, then I recommend you to contact ASUS Service
