Hi Caryl,

Can you try Turbo mode?

And may you check in your Nvidia control center or your power setting to see why the GPU is set to power saving even when playing games.

Hi! I tried turbo and it's still the same 😞 I also set my GPU to "Prefer maximum performance" from "optimal" in the nvidia control panel

Yes, I tried that as well, and the results are still the same. Fps drop still happens

Additional info: My other games, like genshin impact and apex legends, suddenly lags consistently as well. I used to play apex at high settings but due to low fps, I changed it to low settings.
When playing genshin impact while on charge, it lags as well, but playing on battery fixes the issue. Any idea for this? I really want to get much info from here, So I would know what to discuss with the customer service center here in my country.

Hi Caryl,
I think there is something wrong with the NV card.
If you have set the game to be run by NV card, then it is really strange that it is still showing "power saving" in Armoury crate, like it is not working....
Please kindly send the device to the service center to check on the this issue specifically.
