Hi, I have the problem with fingerprint scanner, is very slow ...Sometimes it worked fine, though not particularly quickly. Other times it flat out refused to work ...
Have anybody this problem ?

The reason for this is because asus opted for a even smaller sensor than last year which already then was meh to begin with.

It isn't bad if calibrated well. Size has nothing to speed of reading, because it reads or not. Sometimes it is just lagging.
Mi 10T have very small fingerprint sensor but it works absolutely stunning (if calibrated well).

Finger sensor not working good for me too. I have added 5 fingers of the same finger to make it work better.

And this sensor is ultra slow. Maybe because this animation?

Update to latest firmware version . 88 and problem solved.

wrong, if you get dirty fingers a lot then it's useless no matter how much you calibrate it. Typical fingerpring sensor as seen on other smartphones are just so much better.
