Please help me telling how can I see if my Windows 10 BIOS needed to be upgraded or not? I heard that people used to update BIOS but I never did that. Please help me update the BIOS on Windows 10.

I was having the same issue back in 2016 and did many things but now there is an Utility tools by Asus which you can use to see the BIOS up gradation.
