2. If you change another SIM card, does the issue remain the same?
3. If you re-insert the SIM card, does the issue remain the same?
4. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check any disturbance from installed 3rd party apps.

How can i get on safe mode .? I tried so many sim card and yet still nothing happen . I will be honest to you my back case cover was broken i think the reason is why i dont have signal on my phone the flex was crack
