I have tried to use 3 different cables, upgraded both internal Intel UHD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce MX250 video drivers to latest available as well as to downgrade them to ver 26.20.100.6952 and 26.21.14.3114 but no luck so far. Any other suggestions please?
First thing I would recomend is go to device manager, and once the monitor is plugged in, see under monitor section, how many you see. If you see 3 monitors it is detected by your system, if only see 2 you can have a hardware problem.
