So is the software update finally stopped?
And my aero active cooler is not working, it says use the cooler that comes with the phone( I am using that). And after putting it in side, it restarts my phone. Please help me.

Yes. The final update on August 2020 : https://rog.asus.com/phones/rog-phone-model/helpdesk_download
This phone will be very vulnerable. I suggest u to use ROG V. It will solved all u problem.
