Reinsert your sim card and check again.

Also check where its says Tencent on back of your device and if you are using global rom ?

I have a strix version and also I randomly have the problem with 4G, both sim 1, sim 2, reinsert etc... so is not tencent problem
I've heard u need to modify the APN, but the phone doesn't let me do it, cancelling the changes I do.
I've only solved by using the Wifi when I'm in an important gaming session...
