More and more bad hearing with the left ear I would like to adjust the stereo sound balance however, I can't find a setting to do that. I saw many reactions that have a slider to do so but, not in my phone..
Appreciate any help, thanks,

Hi sjp.vervoort
Thank you for your asking. Kindly provide the information below so that we can better assist you.
1. Did you encounter the left ear issue while using earphones or stereo speaker?
If the issue only appear in earphones, please change another earphones for a test cross.
2. I didn't notice that AudioWizard has left-right balance in ZC553KL to be adjusted. However, you may try to reset your AudioWizard by
Settings>Apps & notifications>App info>3 dots on the top row>Reset app preferences
3. Does the issue appear right after any apps' download or update?
Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check any disturbance from installed 3rd party apps.

1: I am using earphones direct and Bluetooth.
2: It looks like this is normally an android feature.
Look here: mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk/adjust-leftright-volume-balance-android-10
I tried the reset...
3: I assume it was never there.
Tried safe mode but, still see no balance slider...
I assume I will have to go for an app to solve my problem...

Hi sjp.vervoort
Thank you for your reply. The audio balance you mentioned above is on Android 10, however, the last Android version of ZC553KL is Android 8. Kindly try some at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Change another earphones.
2. Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
**Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

It is hard to believe that in a stereo sound application it is extremely hard to find a sound app with the possibility to adjust the left/right sound. Every amplifier 50)years ago had that possibility because you need to adjust the balance depending of your physical place in the room and, left and right ear can have different sensibility.
After trying many apps I found one that has a left/right adjust included, together with many other sound settings for my phone: PlayerPRO from Google Play.
Now I have again a normal stereo experience, playing the right ear with a 60% level compared to 100% for the bad left hearing. Thanks PlayerPro...
I have read somewhere that the balance slider was available in Android version 6...
Can somebody find out if the Android balance slider is normally available in Android 8 and if so, how to restore it in someway?
Thanks
