Severe random shutdowns and reboots! Help

I got my rog 2 and i am a moderate user.. I never played heavily or as such.
i started having these random shutdowns/restart issues a while back I thought it might be a software issue or something and the frequency was rare like once in a week.. so i ignored that.. The device was in warranty at that time.... but gradually the problem kept on increasing.. and now has it has reached to its worse.. leave aside gaming... even when I'm using the device for even a little heavy process .. the devices shuts down at any moment!.. I don't know what to do.. My device is more than a month out of warranty now.. Please tell me what should i do..

I want to Install this Firmware version 17.0240.2012.65 again on my device this is the last version where my device is working fine please guide me step by step how to install this version again i have never did this before my device is Indian version please refer me the link to download the Indian version for my device

You wont be able to downgrade a firmware version. Not that I know of anyway.
The only way I know of at the moment is downgrade to Android 9 and upgrade from there to Android 10 to the firmware version you want to be on. Downgrading to Android 9 will cause data loss, so I would backup what you have too.
