Kunai 3 connection issues.

Hello, I have a problem with bluetooth connection, so far it's stock on "connecting", been trying to forget device, reconnect and what not (didn't try reset button because I can't find it).


Any idea or solution for that?

Do note, it works fine when connecting with usb / the case that comes with it, it did download the frame update, both phone and Kunai are up to date.

@TX11559 As you know, that makes troubleshooting these things a lot harder, since we can't know for sure which kind of problems will arise from having that configuration. Has it always been this way when connecting via bluetooth?

Only with the Kunai, other items connects without a problem
