YouTube videos constantly buffer while playing at 1080p 60 FPS. I've tried clearing the cache and restoring network settings but no luck.

YouTube buffers at 1080p 60FPS

I can stream 4K60 without any buffer or frame drops in between so follow @AmitGarde steps. Otherwise device is capable of doing 4K60 without any problem.

I have a 300 mbps fiber plan and I'm able to stream youtube at 1080p 60FPS on my old OnePlus 6 just fine. It's definitely not my internet.

Try reinstallation of youtube app and see if that helps.
