Frequency of Occurrence: Daily, noticed from a few days

PS :
I have checked Timezone is perfectly fine.
Toggled, automatic time and manual time.
Network is fully connected, no issue in that, so that is can update its time in from timeserver.
Restarting device corrects the time, but after sometime (didn't noticed how much time), it again shows incorrect time, checking from 2-3 days now.
plz provide solution. Plz dont ask me to reset, have to load a lot of time consuming things if i reset.
