Android 10 update file not detecting

So currently i am on Android 9 .087and i wanna upgrade it on Android 10 .432 or .438 but the problem is that there is no system update appearing and also the device is not detecting the Android 10 update file.. i have tried a lot of ways but still the issue is not solved.. need help🙏🏻
