Detailed description：
So apparently I have no luck. CPU is very slow. I have 16 Gb of rams and I don't know what to do I'm lost. Of course I am on turbo. I did 2 fresh install. Everything is updated. If someone has an idea it will be very welcome.
(PUBG : 80 fps average)
(Warzone : 70 fps average)

add the games executable files in nvidia control panel or Amd Radeon software .
adjust maximum performance to high and adjust advanced graphics settings to medium in all games and see if you get maximum FPS
before playing games , set power plan to high performance , connect AC adapter charger to laptop.
before playing games disable temporarily antivirus softwares including Microsoft Defender.
