My phone doesn't charge fast, there is no problem with the charger and the cable.
Taking an hour or so for 10-15 percent.
Don't know what the problem is, having the issue since two days
Any help would be appreciated,

Have you tried other charger?
Cross checking with other charger may help.
Factory reset is another step if you can. Also, try charging with the side port.
@chintulakkimsetty Are you using the original charger and cable that came with your phone? You can troubleshoot by testing another charger and cable and see if charging rate stays the same. Also, see if it's the same for both ports if you haven't already. Finally, try charging another phone with your charger/cable and see if the second device also charges slowly.
Would do that.
Factory reset-a definite no, open for any other solutions.

Thanks for the suggestion, tried with a new charger[one plus] and it's charging well.
Used AccuBattery application for reference-tells you the charge current, speed, voltage, etc.
Thought there was a problem with the adapter[charger] and was thinking about buying a new one, luckily interchanged the cables and found that problem was with the cable and not the adapter.
