Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ZS620KL
Firmware Version: 100.10.107.110
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Sometimes (i.e 4/10 Chances)
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): System UI
In My Phone
i) Open Appdraw -> After Top Right Side Three Dot Press -> Preferences -> Go To Hide Apps And Come back Then Open Home Screen -> Select / Deselect Lock Home Screen After Go Back Then Again Go Back my screen full black then i cant use my phone nothings . Only One Way Restore Lock The Phone And Unlock Phone After Working Fine .. This Is Bug Only Appears On My Phone ?🤔
ii) Not Every time it happened. sometimes it happen (4/10 Chances For Me).
iii) Proof I Attached Please Check It..

Black Screen After Lock / Unlock Home Screen.
No problem for me here.
Try clearing cache & storage of ASUS launcher.
Settings>apps & notifications>see all apps>ASUS launcher >storage>clear cache/clear storage/force stop. Press power key to Lock your device & than unlock again & now check if problem is solved

Settings>apps & notifications>see all apps>ASUS launcher >storage>clear cache/clear storage/force stop. Press power key to Lock your device & than unlock again & now check if problem is solved

Tried it more than 10 times and there was no black screen even a single time and also no system lag or stuck.
