External webcam flickers on Zoom/Teams but not on Win10 camera/video

System: Win10, Vivobook S15 X532FA
Battery or AC: AC
Frequency of occurrence: Multiple times a day
Reset OS: Not sure what this means.
Screenshot or video: available upon request (it says I can't post links)
========================
Detailed description:
I use an external webcam connected via USB. It flickers quite a bit on Zoom or Teams when power is plugged in, but doesn't flicker on the Win10 camera/video viewer. Also, flickers a bit when on battery but not a lot.
Tested the same external webcam on two other devices and it doesn't flicker at all on those so it seems it is something to do with the Vivobook.

the purpose is to , the camera is detecting correctly, also, the video image can be played smoothly or not.

you should contact the web camera manufacturer support team to get updated firmware and get supported latest driver

Ok, thanks. I already did contact the web camera manufacturer and followed all their instructions. It didn't help.
As noted in my original comment, the webcam doesn't flicker on the Win10 camera/video viewer. I also tested the same external webcam on two other laptops and it doesn't flicker at all on those. So does this not imply the issue is with the Vivobook rather than the web cam?

The built in webcam does not flicker on the Win10 camera/video, or on Zoom/Teams. The external webcam doesn't flicker on the Win10 camera/video, but does flicker on Zoom/Teams.
What is the purpose of testing on Skype as well, if we know it already flickers on Zoom/Teams? In any case, I did test on Skype and the flickering still happens.
How did you rule out the possibility that the issue is with how the Vivobook handles external webcams? Or that it is something to do with the USB ports or power management? As mentioned, the flickering happens a lot more when the AC power is plugged in.
@Blake_ASUS - would you please review this thread and share your thoughts? I thought I would tag someone with "ASUS" in their username, assuming you work for ASUS. Thanks.
