As I mentioned above, if any of the SMMI tests fails, it indicates high possibility of faulty hardware.
Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

Thank you for your reply. After checking, the device is a China SKU, which can only be repaired in China. Please contact with the repair center in China for further repair assistance. If you have difficulty to reach out to the service center in China, please contact with your seller.

Besides, I edited your passage and deleted the picture. Please be aware that sharing the personal information like SN or IMEI on the Internet is quite dangerous.
