2. Can your SIM card work with other device?
3. Does the issue remain the same in Safe Mode?
4. What is your SMMI test result? 
Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>SIM Signal Test/Wi-Fi Test
If any of the SMMI tests fails, it indicates high possibility of faulty hardware.
5. What is your purchased channel of the device? Did you purchase the device from ASUS authorized channel?
