My vivobook turned off and dont start anymore

Detailed description：
Mi vivobook turned off and doesn`t start anymore. I can`t recover my info because the hard disc seem to be bitlocker (Althoug I didn`t activated it)

Please kindly disconnect the adapter, long press your power button for 40 second to reboot it.
