It started from 21/01/2021. My phone shutdown within 3 minutes of plugging it to charging. I switched on the phone while it was still plugged in and same thing happened again. I checked and there was no software update. I thought it could be heating issue but I wasn't using the phone while charging and also it didn't feel overheated when i touched it. Can anyone help?
