Hello. I am facing out of RAM memory. I took a model with a complete set of Ryzen 5 3500u and 8 GB of RAM, I knew that the iGPU takes 2 GB of RAM, and I thought that I could then change the size of the video memory, but alas, this was not possible, tell me what to do? I cannot give the laptop to the service center to increase the RAM.

I don't have your model laptop, Basically, IGPU takes shared memory from installed RAM, module memory.
i have a different model laptop with 16GB RAM, so i have shared memory 8116MB

Maybe there is where to write to the asus, about the BIOS (I certainly do not hope that they will add it) to ask to add the ability to change the size of the video memory for the iGPU.
I already had the last laptop from asus only on Intel, where it was possible to change the size of the video memory for the iGPU.
