Phone screen goes off

Hello all...my Rog phone 2 screen is switching off while playing pubg,cod...how can I fix this issue?

I am having the same issue.
Just one month using my Rog 2.
If I play a game with the device charging I am getting the screen auto off.
With battery at some point the game freezes and the device auto restart.
I tried factory reset but the problem keeps happening.
Hey @Anders_ASUS I saw and old discussion of users with this problem.
And u told them about a log tool and instructions on how to proceed. So we can make sure that it is a hardware issue and we need to send it to repair.
Can you please send me this log tool and instructions? I am quite sure is hardware since it keeps happening. But before sending to repair it would be good to make sure of it, if possible.

Well I was facing same issue then tried few things 1.using classic theme it works for me and another one 2. Fps 60 normal mode don't use hardcore mode in armoury crate hope one of them resolve ur problem btw m using both tricks now.. and it's after update so there might be some issue in software..

If warranty period is over...how much it would cost to fix approx..plz answer me @ARP_ASUS
