Because your mobile proximity sensor is covered by your shadow,

For ram management issue u can uninstall google app

It's not due to proximity sensor covered. If, so then for rear camera light also need to flash even if we cover proximity, but it's not.
It's flashing automatically when we select auto flash and front camera is turned on.

Hi friends
As abhaykrishnan02 mentioned, while using front camera with auto flash light, the light will turn on under installed setting brightness level. I just tested my device on V438 in a bright area and the flash light does not turn on.
Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Test the camera in a bright area.
2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.
# How to enter and exit "Safe Mode"

3. Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

If the situation remains the same after performing the Factory Reset, you may bring your device to the nearest service center for hardware (sensor) checking. Thank you.
