CPU fan(left fan) is not spinning on my ROG Strix G521Li

Detailed description：I just got my laptop for two weeks and two days ago (3/1/2021) the CPU fan has stopped working and it wont spin even when I switched to Performance and Turbo mode. My laptop getting hot easier when I play games. In the Armoury Crate, it shows "0 rpm" for my CPU fan spin rate, but sometimes it shows constant "63300 rpm" but actually it is not spinning at all (I can tell because there is no air generated at the left exhaust). Plus, when I ran the hardware diagnostic test, it do tell that I might have a problem with my fan

@Blake_ASUS so, for now I think I have updated to the latest version 306. but still, the CPU fan is not working at all
(but it shows 63300 RPM) and the hardware diagnostic from MyAsus still shows the same fan issue

earlier today i just drove 168km went and back from my place (Langkap,Perak) to the nearest asus service center which located in Ipoh. Sadly, they just gave me a piece of A4 paper and told me to call the number or scan the qr code because they don't have any skilled technician there. I am really disappointed because to get there is not easy and just a waste of time and I only returned with an a4 paper with ASUS careline
