========================
Detailed description: From 3 months I stated facing a fan issue where the fan would run slow (6500rpm) at a high temp (96) because of that my frames were droping. I have given it for service, after I checked in MyAsus app that it indicated "There may be an issue with the fan". The service center replaced the fan and sent it back the the problem still remained. Please help

Hello dhruv,
Yes, we just released a new update to adjust the fan speed value detection mechanism.
Please kindly reboot the device.
After the reboot, DO NOT OPEN Armoury Crate.
Let the device connected to the internet and wait for 10 minutes.
See if there is still the temperature rising but fan rpm dropping issue.
Thank you very much.

Hello dhruv,
May you do the screen record again?
you were using manual mode then change to turbo mode, right?
may you record both mode?
So the temperature was still rising but fan speed drop?
Please kindly understand that in current mechanism, the fan speed would not exceed 6800 rpm,
but it should not drop when temperature is rising.
Please kindly help to double check that.
Thank you.

Hello Blake,
Yes I was using manual mode then I changed into turbo, but what's that got to do about this issue.
Yes I have recorded both, please find the attachments in the comment. First video is turbo and second is manual.
Yes the temperature was still rising like before and the fan speed was decreasing. In the videos you will see that temperatures are not high as I have undervolted my laptop.
Yes fan speed is not exceeding 6800 rpm while temperature is very high (90- 96 degrees)
Thank you.

Thank you so much for the video.
I have reported to the designers again for double confirmation.
