RoG logo fingerprint unlock animation

Firmware Version: 0.65
Rooted or not: Nope
Frequency of Occurrence: All the time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): System Fingerprint unlock
So latest update brought RoG logo fingerprint unlock animation to CN version of RoG 2, and WW version doesn't have that.
Any explanations on why such inconsistencies? I wasn't expecting any feature drops for 1 yr old Asus device but fact that there are features being released to same device in different market makes me wonder, why?

Thank you for the feedback and all things mentioned by users are taken into consideration.
There are things like features, fixes, improvements which maybe region specific due to variety of reasons. It doesn't mean the other region is neglected.
Rest assured, if something is important and necessary the same will be provided.
