You will need to check on your phone band, what frequency it can receive and if it matches the country's frequency band. It should not be a problem on that.
However, for warranty, that you will have to check with ASUS as it is tagged to serial number. there are phones that warranty only covers in your own country, hence only that country will be able to do the repair under warranty.
