It's definitely going to come in February '21 n in March you will see the announcement of A12 for which out device is not eligible

Android 12 won't be announced till next september atleast stop whining please android 11 was just released and only a handful of devices actually run A11 right now

Is it suppose to show a volte logo now? I have it turned on on my phone but not seeing the volte logo on calls?

It shows a volte logo when you turn on mobile data
