Portrait mode and wide angle camere freezing/missing

Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Wide Angle & Portrait Camera V6.4.0.0_200724

Cleared camera cache and also did factory reset problem still persist.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1 . Clear cache & storage of Camera App after backing up & disable/re-enable camera App
2 . Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3 . Last option would be to visit the service centre to have

If your phone is fully updated, please follow the troubleshooting steps:

1 . Clear cache & storage of Camera App after backing up & disable/re-enable camera App

Already did the first two points before posting the problem. May be I'll have to visit service center or wait for an update
