Detailed description：Suddenly my zenbook has no wifi, and it seems there is no wifi network driver or bloetohth availaable, only get connect thru cable connector. After som retstaert the camera is no loger working as well. I have donloaded wifi driver kit installed it rebooted but problem persist.

download below driver , unzip it , then create restore point for safety precautions

go to device manager, install this .inf file for intel wifi

Hello Simon,
is the error message of the Wifi card the same Code 10?
Please "uninstall device" from the device manager, and then reinstall the driver again.
If the issue still persisted, please kindly send the device to our service center.
