why when i use mobile dekstop dock with HDMI connect to tv only get 60 fps ?
but when i play without a tv i get 90 fps ? its because tv or mobile dekstop dock with tv only support 60 fps ?

Yes, if your TV only supports 60 fps, then both phone and TV will be in 60 fps
