It is December, from Asus as usual, there is no voice that speaks to customers. I have a Zenfone Max Pro M2 with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of Rom memory. It makes this month two years after it was released, just this month. Where is at least the security patch of November and even December? Since September there has been no update, three months without support of anything, a SHAME. This is what ASUS is, a SHAME. We have this total silence and here is shown the lack of respect for the client, in addition to being unprofessional and completely cowardly.
Complete disillusionment this ASUS brand, never again, be ashamed of yourselves.
Chill buddy SUSA will not do anything. No new updates last hope of users is stable A10 but probability is less.
If they cut support, how will they release 10? They did it in silence, as they always did, and wiped their feet on us. SHAME ON THE SHITTY ASUS COMPANY!!!!
Yeah last chance is - if they are still working on Beta version there's might be a probability but for that need to wait for official communication from them. Next yr if might they release stable then that's good sign for pro users or else then as it is what is happening & users feels it rt now
If they worked, they would answer my questions about the device, but they only give template answers. Have they ever officially announced the end of support? Especially since its support stops this year, they haven't even updated the security patch yet. And you're still waiting for 10.
I don't wait for any official communication as it is users own decision to take it. SUSA only answers I templates & copy-paste they don't have out of the box answers or new answers every user in hope posts new query in community who r all waiting for A10, if u have checked out then u way know that. Users can angry on company & if they are not happy with that company then they can switch to another one but don't have any such right for speaking any wrong words against the company.
Every company has their own way of doing business none of the company follow the same process at all. Theirs difference & many other things which are going on their way & still users don't know on that & starts blaming the company instead of they r having awarity of what.... Probability may or may not of the updates.
Has ASUS ever announced that it is discontinuing support and will not release a new Android for the model? It's time to understand that they wiped their feet on us. And they're not working on 10 for our devices because they haven't done anything in 11 months. As it was full of errors in 10, so they remained. Even ZenFone zenfone Max Pro M2 has been updated, but ZenFone Max Pro M1 has not. They didn't even update the security patch for the last time, and what kind of 10 can we talk about? This is what only shit-ASUS does to users!!!
Wait.. What do you mean by "Max Pro M2 is updated"? I own one and did not get any update.
10-14 days ago, first update number 100 was released, with the problem of spontaneous reboot, then 101 was released where they allegedly solved this problem.
The Build number "WW-16.2017.2009.097" is the last update released for "Max Pro M2" in September month and there is no further update released yet for this device.
If, you claim that other two builds released for the device with update numbers "100" & "101". Share the screenshot of your device build number currently with.

The 100th was defective, the phone on it spontaneously overloaded several times a day. so they write. There were also problems with paying for Google Pay, something related to the license, but on the 101st, everything seemed to be fixed.
