no wifi connection available suddenly, and camera ano longer works

Detailed description：Suddenly my zenbook has no wifi, and it seems there is no wifi network driver or bloetohth availaable, only get connect thru cable connector. After som retstaert the camera is no loger working as well. I have donloaded wifi driver kit installed it rebooted but problem persist.

I have updated the BIOS (now at 2020-05-25 310) and attempted to uninstall/re-install the driver for the Intel AC-Wireless 9560 device. However, when I restarted my PC, this device no longer appears in the list of available devices in the Device Manager (including hidden devices)!
Any suggestions?

If still not shown, please install the Wifi driver form our support website.

i need hardware device ID for intel AC-Wireless 9560.
like qualcomm wifi atheros AR956X hardware device ID ,


intel have driver from its download center , download driver , and install with admin rights
