========================================Hi guys, can i force the data connection to 4G instead of 3G or 2G? In my previous smartphone (Zenfone 2) i could choose to prefer data connection between 4G, 3G or 2G. Thanks. 32jl2yjogiyr.jpg

With that setting it will prioritize the fastest network first but in some cases, it might be that the 4G signal i so low that it switches to 3G even though 4G i still faster. There's no way of knowing this without constantly measuring the speed which is both data and power consuming. We don't want to give the user the option to force 4G because the next day you might forget why your phone has no data when you're in an area with only 3G
You can use a built in android feature to force 4G but then you must remember to turn it back to default once you're done.
