Display flickering in video calls - horizontal grey lines

Detailed description:I found another thread on this problem but it has been closed so posting again here for updated information
I have a new (less than 3 months old) ZenBook S model number as above. It has started flickering with very noticeable grey horizontal lines when on video calls. Other participants on the call are commenting how bad the flickering is.
Is there any update on a fix for this?
Using the ZenBook off A/C power isn't a realistic solution as I deliver on line training over lengthy sessions using video and can't risk losing power part way through.
What's the fix please?

Hello @Blake_ASUS I am having the exact same issue.

  1. System: Windows 10 Pro
  2. Battery or AC: both
  3. System Model: ZenBook Q536FD_Q536FD
  4. Model: Q536FD, though the support page redirects to the Zenbook Flip 15 UX562FD page
  5. Frequency of occurrence: Always
  6. Reset OS: many times
  7. Bios version:  Q536FD.306 (type: UEFI)
