I purchased the Twin View Dock 3. It appears to lock the refresh rate at 120hz. Is there a way to fix this to get the full 144hz?

BTW, the twin view dock 3 has a design flaw.. The camera bump scrapes off or hits base of the twin view dock 3... The portion of contact maybe resolved with some black tape or thin rubber but I a worry about the camera
